Inspired by concepts like Awe-Inspired Therapy and grounded in approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology, this approach offers meaningful therapy without the fluff. Whether you're facing a challenge, seeking a new perspective, or striving to thrive, The Space Therapist helps you move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and intention.

Why "The Space Therapist"?

The name The Space Therapist reflects two of my lifelong passions: mental health and space exploration. As a licensed therapist, analog astronaut, and space outreach educator, I've seen how exploration can inspire perspective, resilience, and growth.

The name is not about providing therapy only for people in the space industry. Rather, it represents the belief that sometimes we benefit from stepping back and seeing our lives from a broader perspective. Inspired by concepts like the Overview Effect, the profound shift astronauts describe when viewing Earth from space, this approach encourages curiosity, meaning, and intentional growth while remaining grounded in evidence-based therapy.

Whether you're an engineer, teacher, healthcare professional, artist, entrepreneur, or simply someone navigating life's challenges, The Space Therapist offers practical support informed by both psychological science and the human drive to explore.
